What are your hours of operation?

**Effective May 1, 2017, we will be by appointment only. Please use the Contact Us page or call 904.827.1100 to schedule an appointment!

We are also closed on the following holidays:
New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Action Auto Sales accepts Cash, Money Order, Certified Bank Checks, and all major credit cards/debit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express). (A 2% Convenience fee will apply for credit cards and non-pin debit card transactions). Personal Checks will not be accepted.

Do you provide financing?

Sorry, we do not provide financing. However, you are welcome to receive financing from another source.

Do you offer warranties on your vehicles?

Warranties are available for purchase through a third party company on most vehicles. If you choose not to purchase the warranty, the vehicle will be sold "AS-IS." We always encourage our customers to consider this option for added peace of mind.

Can I have my mechanic look at the vehicle?

If your mechanic is willing to come to our business to look at the vehicle, we may allow you to do this. Please call ahead if possible. If your mechanic is not able to come to the car lot, you will need to contact us.

Do you offer a CarFax vehicle history report?

Sorry, unfortunately since this has gotten expensive for us to use, we no longer offer this service. We will however provide you with the vehicle identification number (VIN) for our vehicles so that you may purchase a report on the Carfax website. We have nothing to hide. We are a small family owned and operated business.

I would like to sell my vehicle. Do you buy vehicles if it is not traded toward a purchase?

Yes. We do purchase vehicles and accept vehicles for trade-ins as well. The purchase will be at the discretion of our staff. You do not have to purchase a vehicle from us in order for us to purchase yours, although we certainly encourage you to. Use our "quote" page to send us information on your vehicle and we will contact you. Or simply stop in with the vehicle. Visit our "contact us" page for address and directions.
